ARCI 421 Integrated Technologies / Te Whakakotahitanga o ngā Mahi Whakarākei in this course I was to implement the most appropriate architectural technologies based of my 412 Village Seed Project. Incorporating customised materials and a structural system specifically developed for this mid scale residential typology. The structural system integrates a lateral load resisting framework with seismic torsion considerations, ensuring both safety and performance in Wellington’s high wind and seismic environment. Through this project, I will evaluate and implement construction systems, services, and materials that respond to the site, program, and intended user experience, allowing me to resolve the building holistically and professionally.
